Customers have the flexibility to initiate a return within 3 days from the delivery date. Our reverse pick-up service is available for most pin codes. In cases where reverse pick-up isn't feasible as per courier partner policy, you will need to self-ship the product(s).
To initiate a return for a product, follow these steps:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for Products past their return window, Perishable foods.
After the product is picked up, we will initiate the refund process within 12-15 working days through the original payment mode from the date of pick-up, subject to successful quality checks.

This refund and return policy complies with relevant consumer protection laws and regulations.
Upon receiving the products and completing the quality check, the product amount will be credited to your bank account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
For self-shipping returns, please securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit. Use a reliable local courier service and share the shipping details along with your Order ID at support@vlmcmart.com.
To replace a product, follow the return procedure for the specific item. Once the team has done the quality check the replacement will be done within 1-2 working days.
