Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

Customers have the flexibility to initiate a return within 3 days from the delivery date. Our reverse pick-up service is available for most pin codes. In cases where reverse pick-up isn't feasible as per courier partner policy, you will need to self-ship the product(s).

2. Hygiene and Defects

  1. Hygiene Considerations: Returns may be declined if it's evident that the item has been opened, worn, washed, or soiled due to hygiene reasons.
  2. Defective Products: Defective products need not be returned unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. Images of defective products can be sent to support@vlmcmart.com for verification.

  1. Upon your request, we will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days.
  2. If you are in an area where pick-up service is unavailable, you may opt to self-ship the product using a courier service, preferably Speed Post.

After the product is picked up, we will initiate the refund process within 12-15 working days through the original payment mode from the date of pick-up, subject to successful quality checks.

Upon receiving the products and completing the quality check, the product amount will be credited to your bank account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

To replace a product, follow the return procedure for the specific item. Once the team has done the quality check the replacement will be done within 1-2 working days.
